Armed Services Mutual Benefit Association (ASMBA) was created in 1963 in the State of Tennessee as a non-profit, non-commercial, tax-exempt fraternal benefit society. ASMBA is a voluntary association of persons connected with the Armed Services of the United States. It was founded and is governed by active duty and former military people who are dedicated to fully serving the mutual needs and common goals of the membership.
The fundamental purpose of ASMBA is to provide for its members a variety of low cost coverage and benefits, financial security, fraternal comradeship and brotherhood, and such other services and benefits determined from time to time to be valuable to the membership.
