Food and beverage consumption are limited as indicated in the Event Use Policy and must be approved prior to the event.(Required)

Any events at which alcohol consumption is approved will be conducted consistent with AR 215-1. Alcohol sale must be coordinated with MWR for the use of MWR bartenders.(Required)

Setup and teardown must occur within the reservation windows indicated above. Any deviations must be authorized by the Museum Director.(Required)

The event as set up must comply with applicable fire codes and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Fire exits will not be blocked or obscured.(Required)

The event may not impede access by the public to the exhibit space, the gift shop, or the Memorial Courtyard.(Required)

I or my designated event POC must be present during set up, event, and clean up. A member of the Museum staff must confirm that the space has been restored to its original condition prior to departure.(Required)

Event attendees may not destroy, damage, or remove Museum property; use loud, abrasive or improper language; engage in harassing or disorderly conduct; or leave children under 16 unattended.(Required)

I have read the TNWoL Museum Event Policy and agree to abide by its terms. I understand that I may be held liable for any damage or excessive wear to museum property.(Required)
