Not all wounds of war are visible. On National PTSD Awareness Day, the Fort Campbell Historical Foundation stands with the brave Soldiers and Veterans of the 101st Airborne Division, 5th Special Forces Group, 160th SOAR, and across the armed forces who continue to carry the heavy burdens of their service.

Honoring their legacy means acknowledging the full scope of their sacrifice—both on the battlefield and after they return home. If you or a Veteran you know is struggling, you are not alone. Help is available.
